Just for Parents
Summary of What to Expect and When to be Where:
Congress Day 2: 7:00 PM Placement cards will be distributed near the Talon Club, at the FutureDocs Abroad and FutureVets Information Table, on a first-come, first-served basis. Note: ONLY DELEGATES can pick up a placement card and enrollment paperwork. This placement card will secure your child’s spot in line to enroll the very next day.
If you are not attending the Congress with your child, please have your child see Kayla at the FutureDocs Abroad/FutureVets Information Table after they pick up a placement card for special enrollment instructions.
Congress Day 3: 9:00 AM FutureDocs Abroad and FutureVets Information Meeting kicks off in the Talon Club. This meeting is open to everyone (parents and students).
Congress Day 3: 1:30 PM Line up begins for enrollment in the Talon Club for those with placement cards. A standby line will form outside the Talon Club for anyone without a placement card.
Congress Day 3: 2:00 PM Enrollment Officially Begins! Everyone with placement cards and completed enrollment forms, who are lined up in the Talon Club, will be enrolled and have secured a spot in FutureDocs Abroad or FutureVets 2019. Anyone with a placement card who is not in line in the Talon Club by 2:00 PM sharp will forfeit their “secured” spot and will need to join the standby line.
