Request a Refund
Students may receive a Congress tuition refund within 60 days of their first payment OR before April 23, 2019, whichever date comes first. For any other payments, including those for the Overnight Program, Students may receive a refund until April 23, 2019.
Any cancellation and request for refund must be submitted in writing by the Parent/Guardian who submitted the Enrollment Form. Refunds may take four to six weeks to process. No Student dismissed from the Congress for violation of the Student Code of Conduct or who leaves the Congress early for any reason whatsoever is eligible for any refund. Refunds for college credit are made in compliance with New Charter University’s policies as required by its accreditor.
