Refund Policy:
Students may receive a Congress tuition refund within 60 days of their first payment or before April 21st, 2023, whichever date comes first.
Any cancellation and request for refund must be submitted in writing by the Parent/Guardian who submitted the enrollment. Refunds may take 4-6 weeks to process. Any Delegate dismissed from the Congress for violation of the Code of Conduct is not eligible for any refund.
Refunds on College Credit are made in compliance with Bottega University’s policies as required by its accreditor.
For the Overnight Program, Students may receive a refund until April 21, 2023. Any cancellation and request for refund must be submitted in writing by the Parent/Guardian who submitted the enrollment. Refunds may take four to six weeks to process. No Student dismissed from the Congress for violation of the Student Code of Conduct or who fails to participate in a Congress or complete the post-Congress online assessment for any reason whatsoever is not eligible for any refund. Before April 21, 2023, Students may change their enrollment from in-person (Attending In Person) to virtual (Attending From Home) on a space-available basis. The request must be submitted in writing by the Parent/Guardian who submitted the enrollment. Beyond April 21, 2023, Students may not change their method of attendance.
