Dear Future Doctor and Family,
The National Academy of Future Physicians and Medical Scientists is an educational organization dedicated to serving high achieving high school and college students who aspire to become doctors or biomedical Ph.D.s.
Each year, thousands of academically driven students gather at the Tsongas Center at the University of Massachusetts Lowell for the Congress of Future Medical Leaders, a three day experience that is part TED conference, part Tony Robbins event, and part rock concert.
Students learn from Nobel Laureates, medical school deans, leading physicians, and researchers, watch a live surgery broadcast, and connect with a community of peers who share their passion for medicine.
Over the years, we've noticed that there is no single type of future doctor.
Some students naturally lead with empathy. Others excel through curiosity, resilience, teamwork, or innovation. Each of these qualities can become an incredible strength in medicine when given the opportunity to grow.
That's why we created this short Medical Leadership Style Quiz.
This quiz was created to help families better understand the unique qualities their students already possess and how those strengths can continue developing through meaningful experiences.
Our goal is simple:
To help students and families better understand the unique strengths they can bring to the future of medicine.

Founder, Congress of Future Medical Leaders
