Dear Future Doctor and Family,
We are an educational organization dedicated to serving high-achieving high school students who aspire to become doctors or biomedical Ph.D.s. Our cornerstone, the Congress of Future Medical Leaders, is a three-day annual event at the Tsongas Center at the University of Massachusetts Lowell where 3,000–4,000 students (and nearly 9,500 total with parents and guardians) come together to envision a bold future in medicine. Think of it almost like a TED conference meets a high-octane motivational event meets a rock concert. In other words, it is a high-energy gathering for the profession of medicine.
Students hear from Nobel Laureates, deans of medical schools, and leading innovators, watch a live surgery broadcast, and (perhaps most importantly) find a community of peers who take academics seriously and believe they can make a difference.
Our mission is simple: give students practical clarity, confidence, and a next step. This free checklist distills what truly matters early on (mindset, exposure, and steady momentum) so your family can decide whether medicine is a path worth exploring further, without the pressure to be “perfect.”
At every stage, we want students to feel seen, supported, and prepared. If and when you’re ready, we’ll be here with immersive experiences that accelerate growth and confidence.
